I can’t really talk a lot about dieting, food and loosing weight at the moment. It’s driving me crazy to think about food all the time… That’s why I have been so quiet lately. I sure will post more here again as soon as I am more comfortable at my new school.

My “illness” is explained now. I ate some chicken and salad and one of both must have been foul (even though both things looked and tasted amazingly good). I spend a day in bed and in the bathroom and now I feel better. The bad thing is: I get sick just by thinking about eating salad. How do I get rid of this feeling?
I need to reinstall my whole PC and I am ill at the moment so I might not be online for a few days but I keep following via smartphone.

Have you ever binged? If so, what is your “binge food“?
I don’t have a specific food if I binge. I just crave everything in sight. But I don’t binge to often since I don’t strictly so no to quite inhealthy stuff. If I crave choclate I eat a piece and I’m fine.
