80 Day Weight Loss Challenge - Day 22

Write your current weight. Have you lost anything in the past week? If not, what are your plans for this week?



I lost 0.2 kg (0.44 lbs) this week. Since I gained more than 1 kg at the beginning I am happy that I still lost a little. 

BUT today my total weight loss is at 9 kg (19.84 lbs) so I am absolutly not sad that I didn’t lose as much as in the last weeks. Maybe next week I will be able to say I hit the 10 kg border :D

My plans for next week: Eat cleaner, more fruits, more gym!

Exactly 2 month later. I know I still have a long way but seeing this makes me feel so much more confident and it’s really motivating myself. I hope it will motivate you a little bit, too :)

All that fat gone…

Yesterday I measured my body because I finally get some kind of hourglass shape (I’m so happy it turns out I am an hourglass shaped woman, yey!). I lost 10 cm on my waist. 10 CM! Happiest day since I started my weight loss :)

this week 108.3 kg (238.7 lbg)

I am pretty happy with the result. It’s starting to get frightning that I lose weight constantly, but I eat pretty healthy and made some workout so I guess it’s deserves. Can’t wait to start going to the gym though.

109.2kg (240.7 lbs). I  lost more than 1 kg…. even though I ate reeeaaaaaally bad and moved way too little. Next week I’ll do more sports! Maybe I’ll start pilates.

Well, I don’t really have an UGW yet. I have no idea when I will feel comfortable with myself… so I can’t say if this will be a healthyrange of BMI… but it will be more likly too high than too low.

BTW: Today my BMI fell below 40 \o/ I know it’s not amazing and still way too much but I haven’t been there for a few years so for me it’s a very big deal :D

My weight today is about 244 lbs with a heights of 166 cm. I want to be at 240 lbs at the mid of june and on 220 at the end of the year.


I want to lose weight for multible reasons.

The first reason is: I want to be fit. I know I don’t HAVE to be thin to be fit but when I work out and eat healthy I will eventually get thinner. 

The second is… I just want to go to any shop and find something that suits and fits me. I don’t want to go to supersize-shops that sell dirtbags and tents that make you 3 times fatter than you actually are. I want to be able to dress the way I want to and not just take what I get in my size.

My back is the third reason. It hurts. Like alot. I have to train and stretch my muscle to make it better and so do I. I’m just 31… I don’t want to feel like a 70 year old granny!

Day Thirty - 10 facts about you! And now, what are your stats?

10 random facts? Oh gosh…

1) My brain is full of lyrics. If there’s a song on the radio I didn’t hear for 10 years I can still sing along.

2) When my first boyfriends sister met me the first thing she said was “Oh my god, she’s so cute. Where did you find her???”

3) In 6 days I will be unemployed.

4) I love to sing. My highest score on Singstar is a 9500+.  It still sounds awful :D

5) I like baking cakes but I hate reciepes so I just put together whatever comes to my mind… most of the times you can eat it.

6) I used to drink 2-3 bottles of coke every day.

7) When I go out to eat or drink something I always pick a place where you can spy on people.

8) To me women in general are more beautiful than men… but I am totally hetero.

9) I am straight edge because my father is an alcoholic and never had time for me. I didn’t want to waste my life on alcohol and drugs and I am totally fine with it.+

10) I used to dance a lot. Bellydance, Jazzdance, ballroom dance, latin-american dance… I still love to dance but I am to shy to do it in public now.

Weight: 110.3 kg (243 lbs) = -3.5 kg (- 8 lbs)

Bust: -2.5 cm (I don’t know what I did there yesterday… or maybe the hormones..)

Waist: -6 cm (WOW)

Hip: -7 cm (*faint*)

Thight: -1.5 cm (still great)

I am soooo happy with the results. 

Day Twenty-One - What are your clothing sizes?

I started with a 52 (which is a 24 in US I guess), but the newest jeans I bought is a 48 (US 20). It’s still a tad to teight but it fits a lot besser than the 52 :D

Yay! One more kilo is gone for good. I lost about 12 lbs now and some old jeans acutally fit again. I couldn’t even get them on while laying on the bed.
I don’t know why my weight is finally dropping like crazy. I still eat healthy, I still do my zumba-workout. At first the weight didn’t want to go down at all. It’s so motivating to see this is actually starting to work! I can’t wait to be able to buy nice workout clothes. WOOHOO!

Day One - Your stats

Today my scale showed me a 113.8 kg (about 251 lbs). This is actually pretty good since I started with 117.1 kb (about 258 lbs). Since I am doing pretty much workout (at least 30 minutes everyday) I hope that I have gained some muscles so I “actually” lost more fat than 4 kg, but even if I didn’t am I still a little proud. I am finally on a good way.. the healthy one.
